Dynamic Learning Services (DLS) is a NSW Vocational Education and Training (VET) accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with scope to deliver across Australia and overseas. 

The RTO’s core business has been to deliver accredited training in specific areas of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector to persons wishing to enter the workforce and for employers wishing to up-skill existing workers. Many of the programs have articulation into higher education. This includes both accredited and non-accredited training programs. Courses include Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Aged Care, Retail, Process & Competitive Manufacturing, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), Training & Assessment and courses specific to the mining sector and Career Transition.

We also deliver a range of non-accredited courses to suit the needs of our clients.

DLS works with national and international clients to provide a range of educational and training solutions, particularly in the provision of course content. DLS has developed relationships with many of the public and private sector companies and leading educational institution throughout South East Asia, India, China, The Middle East, Russia and South Africa. 

We have been successful in implementing education and training programs and establishing distribution channels into the following countries: China, The Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Dubai, Australia, United Kingdom, Russia, Samoa, Hong Kong and Thailand. 

This has been achieved through developing partnerships with training organisations, government instrumentalities and large corporate entities.

The key components of the development plan have been:

• The aggregation of content with a focus on Vocational Education Training (VET) sector products. Through strategic alliances, DLS also has access to a suite of courses up to and including Diploma level.
• The digitization of content and development of delivery methodology. DLS has entered into a range of non-exclusive partnerships with technology providers for technical delivery of its content.
• The establishment of articulation into institutions of higher learning to enable students to access meaningful learning pathways after completion of DLS courses.
• Partnering distributors who would on-sell our content and delivery methodologies globally;
• Sell content directly to educational institutions globally;
• Being among the pioneers, DLS is ahead of its competitors in the area of VET content distribution in Asia. The company offers a variety of flexible delivery methodologies including fully on-line, paper based, CD-Rom, Computer Based Training (CBT), blended (i.e. combination of the above) etc.
• Developing models with Government agencies, educational entities and private enterprises to utilize DLS content and consultative services.
